Sherley Ma was a student at SprottShaw College. When Sherley Ma came to WBI, she only had 2 weeks left till the deportation due to study permit expiration and study permit renewal refusal. WBI reviewed all her documentation and what she has done in her previous application. We decided to re-draft an explanation letter according to her situation. Finally, Sherly’s restoration was approved one month after. And she was able to stay and continue her studies in Canada.

Lyn Wang applied Permanent Residency under Canadian Experience Class program, but application was sent back due to doubts on Lyn’s eligibility and his work situation. WBI helped Lyn to draft an explanation letter based on the immigration laws and regulations and re-submit the application. Lyn’s application was finally approved.

Adam Ding came to WBI for a legal consultation for his BC BNP application. Adam graduated from Northern Island College with hospitality degree and worked for a top notch hotel as a banquet server. He submitted BCPNP application after 3 months work probation. However, BCPNP is normally designed for applicants with 9 months work experience, but Adam was still qualified due to having a sponsorship by the company. WBI personally designed a recommendation letter and gave explanation based on employment evaluation. As a result, case was approved even with the 3 months banquet server work experience.
